三全育人视域下高职院校教师德素养探讨

摘要 高校教师作为三全育人的直接引领者,其自身素质的高低直接影响高校三全育人的效果,高职教师也不例外。三全育人视域下高职教师师德素养的主要内容包括每位教师尊重每一位学生,做到全员育人;教师热爱每一个学生,做到全过程育人;教师公正、公平对待每一位学生,做到全方位育人;发挥教师个人魅力,做到全员全过程全方位育人。作者还从思想认识、教育教学实践、理想人格、保障机制等层面探讨了提高高职教师师德素养的策略。 As the direct leader of three complete education,college teachers’quality directly affects the effect of three complete education in colleges and universities,and higher vocational teachers are no exception.The main contents of teachers’moral quality in higher vocational education from the perspective of“three integrity education”include that each teacher respects every student and achieves full education;teachers love every student and educate people in the whole process;teachers treat every student fairly and impartially to achieve all-round education;teachers should give full play to their personal charm and educate them in the whole process and in all aspects.The author also discusses the strategies to improve the teachers’moral quality of higher vocational teachers from the aspects of ideological understanding,education and teaching practice,ideal personality and guarantee mechanism.
