高职大数据与会计专业现代学徒制的实践研究——以江苏旅游职业学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 现代学徒制的广泛推进及新专业目录的调整,为高职大数据与会计专业人才培养提供了新思路和新要求。大数据与会计专业人才培养的最新要求与现代学徒制的初衷契合度较高。目前,高职院校大数据与会计专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的推进,面临会计岗位特殊性阻碍现代学徒制的全面推行、企业参与现代学徒制的成本因素较多、师资水平难以满足最新岗位需求等问题。对此,需通过合校方现有资源,借力代账协会平台、挖掘特色育人资源、构建新业态培训平台等路径,形成高职院校大数据与会计专业现代学徒制的基本运行机制。 The extensive promotion of the modern apprenticeship system and the adjustment of the new professional directory have provided new ideas and requirements for the training of big data and accounting professionals in higher vocational education.The latest requirements for training big data and accounting professionals are highly consistent with the original intention of modern apprenticeship.At present,the promotion of modern apprenticeship talent training mode for big data and accounting majors in higher vocational colleges is facing problems such as the particularity of accounting posts hindering the comprehensive implementation of modern apprenticeship,many cost factors for enterprises to participate in modern apprenticeship,and the difficulty of teachers’level to meet the latest job requirements.In this regard,the basic operating mechanism of big data and modern apprenticeship of accounting major in higher vocational colleges needs to be built through such strategies.
