高校内部巡查工作是推动高校实现自我净化、自我完善、自我革新与自我提高的有效手段,开展高校内部巡查工作可推进全面从严治党向基层延伸、优化高校育人环境、完善高校制度体系,所以,高校应积极从提高对内部巡查工作的认识、把握内部巡查工作定位、构建巡查队伍选配机制、完善巡查制度体系、建立内部巡查工作考察机制、构建问责机制等路径开展内部巡查工作,全面提高高校治理能力。
