高校基层团组织活力提升建设路径研究

Study on the Path of Promoting the Vitality of Basal Organizations of the Communist Youth League in Colleges

高校基层团组织是共青团发挥组织作用的重要阵地,肩负着吸引青年、凝聚青年、教育青年的重要使命。近年来,高校基层团组织面临活力不足的困难和挑战。通过分析高校基层团组织建设现状,认为存在团员参与团组织活动积极性不高、团组织活动实效性欠佳、团支部在班级建设中难以发挥政治核心作用、团干部能力和素养有待提升等问题,提出高校基层团组织活力提升应结合团组织工作实际,从创新活动内容、调动更多团员的积极性,强化基层团组织品牌化建设、注重活动的针对性和实效性,理顺班团关系、突出团组织的核心领导作用,加强团干部队伍建设、提升团干部工作能力和素养等方面下功夫,不断在实践中探索完善。

The basal organizations of the communist youth league in colleges is a critical position that the Communist Youth League plays an organizational role,which shoulders the important mission of attracting,condensing and educating young students.In recent years,the basal organizations of the Communist Youth League in colleges are faced with the difficulties and challenges of lack of vitality.This paper analyses the present situation of the construction of the Communist Youth League in colleges,and points out that there are still some problems,such as the low enthusiasm of League members to participate in the organizations of the Communist Youth League,the ineffectiveness of the organizations of the Communist Youth League,the difficulty of the Communist Youth League branches to play the political core role in class construction,the need to improve the ability and accomplishment of the Communist Youth League cadres.It also puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the vitality of League organizations at grass-roots level in colleges and the actual work of the organizations of the Communist Youth League should focus on innovating the content of the activities,mobilizing the enthusiasm of more League members,strengthening the brand-building of grass-roots League organizations,focusing on the pertinence and effectiveness of the activities,straightening out the relationship between groups and leagues,highlighting the core leadership role of League organizations,strengthening the construction of the cadre contingent,improving the working ability and accomplishment of the Communist Youth League cadres,and so on,constantly explore and improve in practice.
