摘要
装配式地铁车站预制构件的连接关系到地铁结构整体协调与稳定。因此,针对深圳地铁3号线东延线坪西装配式车站混凝土预制构件连接高承载、高容差和密封防水要求,文章创新设计球关节柔性机械连接锁。该锁由雌雄2部分组成,安装时雄座锁紧杆通过齿轮齿条装置伸缩进入雌座锁紧块间,再通过双头螺柱锁紧。文章对柔性机械连接锁承载能力进行分析,单向拉伸与四点弯曲实验的结果表明该连接锁达到800 kN的设计承载能力。开口位移测试表明在承载范围内密封橡胶条始终压紧,同时在连接锁上设置灌浆密封口,保证密封防水性能。该柔性机械连接锁具有操作方便、承载能力强的特点,同时具有六方向全自由度容差能力。该锁的容差原理可为装配式地铁连接领域发展提供新思路与新方法。
The connection of prefabricated station concrete components is related to the overall coordination and stability of the metro structure.Therefore,in response to the requirements of high load-bearing,high tolerance,sealing and waterproofing for the connection of prefabricated concrete components,a ball joint flexible mechanical connection lock was innovatively designed for the prefabricated metro of Pingxi station on the East Extension line’s Shenzhen metro line 3.The lock is composed of male and female parts.When installed,the male-seat locking rod expands and inserts into the female socket locking block through the rack and pinion device,and then the doubleheaded stud tightens the lock.In this paper,a static force simulation analysis with unidirectional tensile and fourpoint bending verification experiments was carried out on the load-bearing of the fl exible mechanical connecting lock.The research results showed that the connecting lock fully reached the designed load-bearing of 800kN.The opening displacement test showed that the sealing rubber strip was pressed tightly within the load-bearing range.The connection lock also provided a grouting seal,ensuring sealing and waterproof performance.The fl exible mechanical joint lock has the characteristics of convenient operation and strong load-bearing.At the same time,it has a six-direction fulldegree-of-freedom tolerance capability,which reduces the accuracy requirements during the installation of concrete components and guarantees.The lock provides new ideas and solutions for the development of the fi eld of assembled metro connections.
