摘要 随着深圳地铁集团同步建设的国家铁路、城际铁路、城市轨道交通项目规模越来越大,深铁集团迎来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。为确保“三铁”项目的高效管理,针对工程项目全生命周期多级单位,多维度业务管控难的问题,依托深圳地铁全部在建项目开展深圳地铁一体化工程项目管理平台应用实践,采用试点应用、全面铺开两阶段研究方法,整合轨道交通工程项目建设上下游产业链,实现对投资、进度、质量、安全等项目管理业务的实时管控。本系统研究成果可在城市轨道交通、国家铁路、城际铁路、枢纽工程、综合管廊工程、地下空间开发及道路改造等市政工程建设领域中广泛应用。 With the increasing scale of national railway,intercity railway and urban rail transit projects built by Shenzhen metro group,Shenzhen railway group has ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges to ensure the efficient management of the"Three railway systems"project.Aiming at the issues of multilevel units and multi-dimensional business control in the full life cycle of engineering projects,relying on all the projects under construction of Shenzhen metro,the two-stage research approach of pilot application and comprehensive rollout is adopted to integrate the upstream and downstream industrial chain of rail transit project construction,realize real-time control of project management business such as investment,progress,quality,and safety,and carry out the application practice of Shenzhen metro's integrated project management platform.The research results of this system can be widely used in urban rail transit,national and intercity railways,hub engineering,utility tunnel engineering,underground space development,road rebuilding and other municipal engineering construction fi elds.
