青岛地铁运营安全风险因素分析

摘要 通过对轨道交通运营事故历史案例分析,针对青岛地铁具体情况,运用决策实验室分析及解释结构模型法(DEMATEL-AISM),确定影响因素集合,由综合影响矩阵,得出风险因素影响度,进而绘制有向拓扑层级图。根据DEMATEL-AISM模型的计算结果,得到不同风险因素对青岛地铁运营安全事故的影响分析。最终得出提高青岛地铁运营安全最主要的是保障设备有效运行和完善安全规章。 Based on the historical case analysis of rail transit operation accidents and the specific situation of Qingdao metro,the decision laboratory analysis and interpretation structure model method(DEMATEL AISM)is used to determine the set of influencing factors,and the influence degree of risk factors is obtained from the comprehensive influence matrix,and then the directed topological hierarchy diagram is drawn.Based on the calculation results of the DEMATEL-AISM model,an analysis of the effects of different risk factors on metro operation safety accidents in Qingdao was obtained.It is concluded that the most important to improve the operation safety of Qingdao metro is to ensure the effective operation of equipment and improve the order of safety regulations.
