温度对钢桥面铺装结构中UHPC与沥青层黏结性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以西洪大桥及接线工程(环镇北路—北环快速路)为例,对钢-UHPC组合结构进行了介绍,并通过钢桥面铺装剪切强度试验对温度与钢桥面铺装结构中UHPC和沥青层黏结性能之间的关系进行了研究。试验结果表明,成型温度从150℃提升到160℃时,平均剪切强度增幅约为24.6%。在140~160℃之间时,平均剪切强度随成型温度的升高呈现逐渐增大的趋势。 The steel-UHPC combined structure is introduced by taking the Xihong bridge and junction project(North Huanzhen Road—North Ring expressway)as an example,and the relationship between temperature and the bonding performance of UHPC and asphalt layer in steel deck pavement structure is investigated by steel deck pavement shear strength test.The test results showed that the average shear strength increase was about 24.6%,when the forming temperature was increased from 150℃to 160℃.Between 140℃and 160℃,the average shear strength showed a gradual increase with the increase of forming temperature.This paper can provide a reference for the application and promotion of steel-UHPC composite bridge deck structure.
