摘要
为了优化桥梁工程的非常规浇筑工艺,以郑州南站高铁进出站道路系统采用的连续梁为研究对象,通过在有限空间中,选用挂篮及支架进行边跨现浇段、合龙段通仓浇筑、单端张拉等工艺,解决了原方案单端张拉时的次生质量问题,并补充了工程质量、线形控制成果的既有研究结论,验证了挂篮结合支架进行边跨现浇段、合龙段同步施工的安全性、经济性、简便性、可行性。
In order to optimize the unconventional pouring process of bridge engineering,the continuous beam used in the road system of the high-speed railway entrance and exit station of Zhengzhou South railway station is taken as the research object.Through the selection of hanging basket and bracket in the limited space,the secondary quality problems in the original scheme of single-ended tension are solved through the pouring of side span cast-in-situ section and closure section and the single-ended tension process.The existing research conclusions are supplemented for the quality and linear control results,and the safety,economy,simplicity and feasibility of the synchronous construction of side span cast-in-situ section and closure section by hanging basket and bracket are verified.
