桥梁防船撞设施结构型式优化研究

摘要 为了提高通航河道桥梁的安全性,利用钢材和维增强复合材料为主材,设计一种组合套箱桥墩防船撞设施,并对不同结构参数下的防撞效果进行了模拟分析。结果显示:增加钢箱层与FRP套箱层厚度比和竖向板件间距,均有利于防船撞效果,但增加钢板厚度则不利于防船撞效果;当厚度比为5∶5,竖向板件间距为1.2 m,钢板厚度6 mm时,防船撞效果最佳,船撞力折减率可达43.79%。 In order to improve the safety of navigable river bridges,using steel and dimensional reinforced composites as the main materials,a combined box pier anti-collision facility is designed,and the anti-collision effects under different structural parameters are simulated and analyzed.The results show that increasing the thickness ratio of steel box layer to FRP box layer and the vertical plate spacing are conducive to the anti ship collision effect,but increasing the thickness of steel plate is not conducive to the anti ship collision effect;When the thickness ratio is 5∶5,the vertical plate spacing is 1.2 m and the steel plate thickness is 6 mm,the anti ship collision effect is the best,and the reduction rate of ship collision force can reach 43.79%.
