On the Reverse Logistics Management Approach and Strategy of Enterprise Supply Chain from the Perspective of Government

随着经济不断发展,网购成为了家喻户晓的购物方式,而物流则是网购中将货物送到客户手中的最重要部分,逆向物流是一种绿色物流。逆向物流是指将产品包装物、不合格产品和产品废弃物进行回收再利用,主要是为了实现商品或者材料的循环利用以及减少不必要的浪费,从而减少环境污染。逆向物流不仅能够起到节约资源、减少环境污染的作用,还能够在一定程度上为企业带来利润、节省物流成本,提高客户服务质量。文章将针对我国政府视角下企业供应链逆向物流管理的基本情况、相关特征和意义进行浅析,并从多个角度提出相关的物流管理路径及策略。

With the continuous development of economy,online shopping has become a household way of shopping,and logistics is the most important part of online shopping goods to customers.Green logistics is divided into two kinds;reverse logistics is one of the links.Reverse logistics mainly refers to the recycling of product packaging,unqualified products and product waste,mainly to realize the recycling of commodities or materials and reduce unnecessary waste to reduce environmental pollution.Reverse logistics can not only save resources and reduce environmental pollution,but also bring profits to enterprises to some extent,save logistics costs and improve customer service quality.This paper will analyze the basic situation,relevant characteristics and significance of reverse logistics management of enterprise supply chain from the perspective of our government,and propose relevant logistics management paths and strategies from multiple perspectives.
