自贸港建设背景下海南地区航空物流产业发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Aviation Logistics Industry in Hainan Under the Construction of Free Trade Port

随着自贸港建设的深入,海南地区的航空物流产业将进入快速发展期。文章通过构建海南地区航空物流产业发展评价指标,就当前航空物流产业发展的短板问题,借鉴广州、香港地区、仁川、新加坡等地区航空物流的发展经验,深入探究海南地区航空物流产业的发展路径,从产业环境、基础设施、产业链、多式联运、信息平台、航空物流枢纽网络方面给出了海南地区航空物流产业发展的政策建议。

With the deepening construction of free trade port in Hainan,the aviation logistics industry will enter a rapid development period.By constructing the evaluation index of aviation logistics industry development in Hainan,this paper studies the development path of aviation logistics industry in Hainan by referring to the development experience of Guangzhou,Hong Kong,Incheon,Singapore and other regions,and puts forward some policy suggestions on the development of aviation logistics industry in Hainan from the aspects of industrial environment,infrastructure,industrial chain,intermodality,information platform and aviation logistics hub network.
