人工智能发展中的艺术人才培养之思

On the Training of Artistic Professionals in the Development of Artificial Intelligence

人工智能技术迭代迅猛,在表象上呈现出AI与人类艺术专业者之间的“竞争”关系,并多指向初级、执行向的应用型艺术工作。作为“技”“器”之用的人工智能艺术,能为艺术创作、艺术教育更多赋能,也存在着不同层面的限定。在基本立场上,须将其视为专业人才培养中的具、道具,以助力创作,促发创意。“人工智能是否可以取代艺术专业者”之问,应转化为更贴近当下的“艺术人才培养的重要向度”之问。艺术专业的人才培养,须从多维度开展“技”进乎“道”的涵育:化传统教学“技”之打磨,扩为新“技”之通晓;提升跨学科通识素养;再倡美育,从创作—接受链条之发生端,控御人工智能的泛用、恶用对审美感性异化的可能。

Artificial intelligence technology enables the development of art education with its limitations.When dealing with artificial intelligence,people are supposed to regard it as a tool or prop for professional personnel training.The question of whether artificial intelligence will replace art professionals should be transformed into the question of how to cultivate the key competencies of artistic professionals.
