新时代大学劳动教育的文化生态及其系统的建构策略

The Cultural Ecology of University Labor Education in the New Era and the Construction Strategy of Its System

大学是社会系统中的一个子系统,有其特定的文化生态,其内部要素关联共生、动态平衡。劳动教育作为大学文化生态的重要构成要素,对新时代大学文化生态及其系统的功能作用的充分实现具有重要意义。为理性审视当前大学劳动教育文化生态的存在价值与发展现状,在澄清大学文化生态与大学劳动教育间内在联系的基础上,以大学文化生态失衡为切入点,探析大学文化生态中劳动实施环境与劳动内容构成的缺失与不足对劳动教育功能的系统实现所带来的负面影响。由此,提出“大学劳动教育文化生态”这一概念,并从实然现状与应然特征的角度“澄明”其时代要义,进而探讨和谐共生的大学劳动教育文化生态系统的内容构成及其关系架构。为进一步推进大学劳动教育的高质量发展,和谐共生的大学劳动教育文化生态系统建构应在消解生态系统中恶性竞争等消极影响前提下,从方向上观照大学精神和马克思主义劳动观,从内容上融合劳动教育文化系统与环境系统,从运行上兼顾外部生态秩序与内部要素平衡,从而为全面提高大学生适应未来挑战的劳动素养营造健康积极、和谐稳定的生态环境。

University is a subsystem of the social system,with its specific cultural ecology,and its internal elements are associated,symbiotic and dynamically balanced.As an important component of university cultural ecology,labor education is of great significance to the full realization of the function of university cultural ecology and its system in the new era.In order to rationally examine the existing value and development status of the cultural ecology of university labor education,on the basis of clarifying the internal relationship between university cultural ecology and university labor education,and taking the imbalance of university cultural ecology as the starting point,this paper analyzes the negative impact of the lack and insufficiency of labor implementation environment and labor content composition in university cultural ecology on the systematic realization of the function of labor education.Therefore,this paper puts forward the concept of u cultural ecology of university labor education,^,clarifies its significance of the times from the perspective of its actual situation and its natural characteristics,and then discusses the content composition and relationship structure of the harmonious and symbiotic university labor education cultural ecosystem.In order to further promote the high-quality development of university labor education,the construction of a harmonious and symbiotic university labor education cultural ecosystem should be based on the premise of eliminating the negative effects of vicious competition in the ecosystem,take into account the university spirit and Marxist labor concept in the direction,integrate the labor education cultural system and the environmental system in the content,and take into account the balance between external ecological order and the internal factor in the operation,so as to create a healthy,positive,harmonious and stable ecological environment for comprehensively improving the labor quality of college students to adapt to future challenges.
