摘要
碳点(CDs)由于其低毒性、生物相容性,以及良好的荧光特性而受到了人们的广泛关注。然而,采用绿色环保的碳源以及廉价简单的合成方法获得性能优异的碳点(CDs)仍然是一个很棘手的问题。选用可食用的小茴香、大蒜、芥菜籽、紫菜、茄子和明胶为碳源,以无毒的去离子水为溶剂,采用水热法一步合成了绿色环保的N和S共掺杂的荧光CDs.通过对合成碳点的微结构、组分以及表面官能团等进行表征,结果表明该碳点具有石墨化的结构,其表面含有丰富的羟基和羧基等官能团。碳点表现出激发依赖的行为,更为重要的是可作为一种荧光探针来检测实体水样中的Fe^(3+)离子。
Carbon dots have received extensive attention due to their low toxicity,biocompatibility,and good fluorescence characteristics.However,it is still a challenge to synthesis CDs with excellent performance and using of safe and environmentally friendly methods.In this paper,the edible fennel,garlic,mustard seeds,seaweed,eggplant and gelatin are used as carbon sources,and non-toxic deionized water is used as a solvent to synthesize green and eco environmental N and S co-doped CDs by hydrothermal method.By characterizing the microstructure,composition and surface functional groups of the synthesized CDs,the results show that the CDs have a graphitized structure,and abundant functional groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups are contained on the surface of CDs.CDs also exhibit excitation-dependent behavior,and more importantly,they can be used as a fluorescent probe to detect Fe^(3+)ions in an environmental water samples.
