激发性地聚物生态固化剂的应用及材料成本分析 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】为了在滨海滩涂区修筑临时的施工便道,供渣土车正常运营,依托温州市瓯江口滨海滩涂区道路路基加固项目,探究一种强度高、抗硫酸盐侵蚀、成本低的固化剂。【方法】通过室内对淤泥的固化试验和浸泡试验,研究石灰、水泥和激发性地聚物对滨海淤泥的固化效果,并将激发性地聚物固化剂用于现场淤泥的原位就地固化。【结果】室内试验结果表明:激发性地聚物对淤泥展现出最佳的固化效果,当固化剂掺量为8%、养护龄期为28 d时,固化淤泥的无侧限抗压强度可达2321 kPa。浸泡试验结果表明:激发性地聚物固化剂对硫酸根离子有较好的抵抗效果,在试验条件下,试样未出现膨胀、开裂、剥落现象,且试样的强度损失较少,试样浸泡海水后与标养试样强度比值为95.2%。【结论】在滩涂区临时便道的就地固化工程中,激发性地聚物固化剂对现场淤泥固化后,土体地基承载力特征值可达661 kPa,满足道路设计要求。激发性地聚物固化淤泥的比强度为5.1 kPa/元,材料的“性价比”要高于石灰和水泥。 [Objective]In order to build a temporary construction service road in the coastal tidal area for the normal transportation of muck truck,relying on the road subgrade reinforcement project in coastal tidal area of Wenzhou Oujiangkou,this research explored a solidified agent with high strength,resistance to sulfate erosion and low cost.[Methods]The solidified effect of lime,cement and activated geopolymer on coastal silt was studied by method of the solidified test and soaking test in laboratory,and the activated geopolymer solidified agent is used to solidified the silt in-site.[Results]Laboratory test result show that the activated geopolymer solidified agent performs the best solidified effect on silt.When the dosage of solidified agent is 8%,after curing for 28 days,the unconfined compressive strength of the solidified silt can reach 2321 kPa.Soaking test shows that the activated geopolymer solidified agent performs a good resistance to sulfate ions,and no expansion,cracking and peeling phenomenon occurs in the sample under test conditions.There is a little strength loss of the sample,and the intensity ratio of the sample soaked in seawater to the standard curing sample was 95.2%.[Conclusion]In the project of temporary construction service road in the coastal tidal area,the characteristic value of soil foundation bearing capacity can reach 661 kPa after solidified by activated geopolymer solidified agent,which is satisfied to the requirements of road design.The unit strength of the activated geopolymer solidified silt is 5.1 kPa/yuan,making the material more“cost effective”than that of lime and cement.
