我国乡村女教师职称晋升的困境与审视——基于中部脱贫地区A省D县的实证研究

摘要 女教师作为支撑乡村教育发展的重要力量,在乡村振兴中发挥着特殊作用,然而,职称问题越来越突出地影响她们扎根农村,成为她们潜心教学的“心痛”。研究采用实证方式,选取中部脱贫地区A省D县抽样调查了325名乡村女教师,了解她们职称晋升的现实状况与处境,探寻影响因素和存在困难,分析困境与因素间的关联关系和影响程度。研究提出解决问题的意见和建议,以期为保障乡村教育发展,为推动乡村振兴和教育高质量发展提供启示。 Female teachers,as an important support for the development of rural education,play a special role in rural revitalization.However,the problem of professional titles is becoming more and more prominent and affects their taking root in the countryside,which has become the"heartache"for them to concentrate on teaching.In this study,325 rural female teachers were sampled in County D,Province A in the central poverty-alleviation area,to understand the actual situation of their promotion of professional titles,explore the influencing factors and existing difficulties,and analyze the correlation between difficulties and factors and the degree of influence.Suggestions are put forward in the study to solve the problems,in order to guarantee the development of rural education,provide reference for the promotion of rural revitalization and high-quality development of education.
