摘要
高职院校依托在线课程,推进线上线下混合式教学的过程中,逐步陷入到混合式教学模式自身特点所引起的发展困境之中。这一困境主要包括三个方面:线上线下混合式教学的基础保障欠缺、师资队伍不足和教学效果“高耗低能”。基于利益相关者理论进行分析,进而探寻“突围之径”,即固本培新:优化课程方式;守正出新:提供政策资金支持;敢于创新:共建新型混合教学模式。
In the process of to promoting online and offline blended teaching relying on online courses,vocational colleges have gradually fallen into the development dilemma caused by the characteristics of the blended teaching model itself,which mainly includes three aspects:the lack of basic guarantee for online and offline blended teaching,insufficient teaching staff and"high consumption and low performance"of the teaching effects.Based on stakeholder theory,we will explore ways to break through this dilemma,i.e.to strengthen the foundation and cultivate the new by optimizing the curriculum;to keep the right path by providing policy and financial support;and to make innovations by building a new blended teaching model.
