摘要
【目的】探明适宜半夏设施栽培的中药渣基质的最佳配比,为其在半夏种源扩繁及设施栽培上应用提供理论依据。【方法】以中药渣为有机基质成分,研究蛭石、椰糠等无机质与中药渣不同配比基质(T_(1),100%中药渣;T_(2),75%中药渣+15%椰糠+10%蛭石;T_(3),50%中药渣+30%椰糠+20%蛭石;T_(4),25%中药渣+45%椰糠+30%蛭石;T_(5),100%椰糠)对设施栽培半夏组培苗生长发育及产量的影响。【结果】不同处理半夏最终出苗率达99.60%~100.00%,其中T_(3)、T_(4)和T_(5)的出苗率均达100.00%;各处理半夏6月22日倒苗数为88~238株,倒苗率为35.20%~95.20%,T_(5)和T_(4)在90%以上,T_(3)最低,仅35%左右;不同处理半夏珠芽数为662~812个,产量为149.68~199.00 g/667m^(2),均以T_(3)最优。【结论】半夏设施栽培的中药渣基质最佳配比为50%中药渣+30%椰糠+20%蛭石。
【Objective】The optimal Chinese medicine residue proportion with other substances are discussed to provide the theoretical basis for germplasm propagation and installation cultivation of Pinellia ternate.【Method】The effects of the media with different proportion of Chinese medicine residue,coco coir and vermiculite[100% Chinese medicine residue(T_(1)),75% Chinese medicine residue+15% coco coir+10% vermiculite(T_(2)),50% Chinese medicine residue+30% coco coir+20% vermiculite(T_(3)),25% Chinese medicine residue+45% coco coir+30% vermiculite(T_(4))and 100% coco coir(T_(5))]on growing development and yield of tissue culture P.ternate seedlings in installation cultivation.【Result】The emergence rate of five treatments is 99.60%-100.00% and the emergence rate of T_(3),T_(4) and T_(5) all reaches 100.00%.The sprout tumble number and rate of five treatments are 88-238 and 35.20%-95.20% respectively.The sprout tumble rate of T_(5) and T_(4) is above 90% but the sprout tumble rate of T_(3) is 35% only.The bulbil number and yield of five treatments are 662-812 and 149.68-199.00 g/667m^(2) separately and the bulbil number and yield of T_(3) is the highest among five treatments.【Conclusion】The optimal formula of 50% Chinese medicine residue+30% coco coir+20% vermiculite can be used in installation cultivation of P.ternate.
