基于运行速度的公路设计优化

摘要 公路项目以固定的设计速度进行路线组合及其他主体工程设计,难以获知公路实际运行过程中存在的安全隐患问题,现以甘肃省平凉市S203线施工图设计为例,依据公路安全性评价规范,建立相应的运行速度预测模型,进行运行速度预测,分析相关技术指标,提出优化和完善措施。通过设计优化,项目经济费用仅增加102万元,但避免了项目设计缺陷,提高了公路安全运行能力,经济与社会效益明显。 Highway projects use fixed design speeds for route combinations and other main engineering designs,making it difficult to identify safety hazards in the actual operation of the highway.Taking the construction drawing design of S203 Line in Pingliang City,Gansu Province as an example,based on highway safety evaluation standards,a corresponding operating speed prediction model is established to predict the operating speed,analyze relevant technical indicators,and propose optimization and improvement measures.Through design optimization,the economic cost of the project only increased by 1.02 million yuan,but it avoided design defects and improved the safe operation capacity of the highway,resulting in significant economic and social benefits.
