摘要
本文以某公寓附楼CFG桩复合地基为例,首先给出了4根基桩单桩承载力试验结果,通过分析判定本工程单桩竖向抗压承载力特征值为800kN,满足设计要求;再从3个单桩复合地基承载力静载荷试验得出该公寓楼的复合地基承载力特征值是320kPa,达到地基规范所要求的设计值。试验检测结果表明CFG桩复合地基在该工程项目中的应用是切实可行的。最后讨论了CFG桩复合地基承载力不足的部分原因及对应措施,为今后类似工程地基的设计、施工和检测提供参考。
Taking the CFG pile composite foundation of an apartment building as an example,this paper first gives the test results of the bearing capacity of four foundation piles.Through analysis,it is determined that the characteristic value of the vertical compressive bearing capacity of the single pile in this project is 800kN,which meets the design requirements;Then from the static load test of the bearing capacity of three single pile composite foundations,the characteristic value of the composite foundation bearing capacity of the apartment building is 320kPa,which meets the design value required by the foundation code.The test results show that the application of CFG pile composite foundation in this project is feasible.Finally,some reasons for the insufficient bearing capacity of CFG pile composite foundation and corresponding measures are discussed,which can provide reference for the design,construction and detection of similar projects in the future.
