摘要
本文主要研究了硬岩孔桩旋挖钻机成孔技术,通过对该技术的理论分析和现场试验,得出了以下结论:在硬岩地层中,采用旋挖钻头进行钻孔可以提高钻进效率和钻孔质量;钻孔时要根据地层情况选择合适的钻头类型、钻头切入岩石的角度、施钻的加压方式,以保证钻孔的质量和速度。本文的研究成果为旋挖钻机在硬岩地层成孔施工提供了参考和指导,同时也为钻掘行业的发展提供了新的思路和方法。
This paper mainly studies the drilling technology of rotary drilling rig for hard rock bored piles.Through theoretical analysis and field testing of this technology,the following conclusions are reached:In hard rock strata,using rotary drilling bits to drill holes can improve drilling efficiency and drilling quality;During drilling,it is necessary to select the appropriate type of drill bit,the angle at which the drill bit cuts into the rock,and the pressurization method for drilling according to the formation conditions to ensure the quality and speed of drilling.The research results of this article provide reference and guidance for the drilling construction of rotary drilling machines in hard rock formations,and also provide new ideas and methods for the development of the drilling industry.
