摘要
本文主要介绍了在新建安高速公路蔚家沟大桥施工中,由于该桥梁下穿既有沪蓉铁路桥梁,两桥梁之间距离较小,使得公路桥梁施工对既有铁路产生很大的安全风险,一方面桩基础的施工所产生的震动直接影响轨道的线形稳定,另一方面桥梁上部结构施工吊装作业也极易侵线影响铁路运营安全。为减少对既有铁路线路的影响,确保其安全运营,项目部对下穿桥梁的施工方案进行统筹规划,对施工中的各项工序进行严格把控。通过一系列措施,不但安全顺利地完成了桥梁施工作业,同时也有效缩短了施工工期,大大降低了对既有铁路的影响,确保了铁路运行安全。该公路桥梁下穿既有铁路线路施工所涉及的相关技术也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。
This article mainly introduces the construction of the Weijiagou Bridge on the Xinjian An Expressway.Due to the small distance between the two bridges,the construction of the highway bridge poses a significant safety risk to the existing railway.On the one hand,the vibration generated by the construction of the pile foundation directly affects the linear stability of the track,and on the other hand,the construction and hoisting operations of the bridge superstructure are also very prone to line intrusion and affect the safety of railway operation.In order to reduce the impact on existing railway lines and ensure their safe operation,the project department conducts overall planning for the construction scheme of the underpass bridge,and strictly controls all processes during construction.Through a series of measures,not only the bridge construction work has been completed safely and smoothly,but also the construction period has been effectively shortened,greatly reducing the impact on existing railways,and ensuring the safety of railway operation.The relevant technologies involved in the construction of this highway bridge crossing the existing railway line also provide reference for similar construction in the future.
