多目标导向下的老旧小区改造设计方法及实施机制探索——以上海市朱家滩小区为例

Research on the Design Method and Implementation Mechanism of Old Community Renovation under the Guidance of Multi-objective:Taking Zhujiatan Community in Shanghai as an Example

老旧小区更新改造是城市更新的重要途径之一,在梳理近年来老旧小区研究方向及研究热点基础上,以上海朱家滩小区改造实践为例,提出基于问题导向下的基本功能完善、需求导向下的公共空间系统营造、文化导向下的集体记忆修复重塑的多维目标更新策略。最后,探索老旧小区更新改造实施机制,以期为全国其他城市提供有价值的机制参考。

Renewal and renovation of old community is one of the important ways of urban renewal.The paper combs the research directions and research hotspots of old community in recent years.Taking Zhujiatan Community in Shanghai as an example,the paper proposes a renewal strategy based on the improvement of basic functions under the guidance of problems,the construction of public space system under the guidance of demands,and the reconstruction of collective memory under the guidance of culture.Finally,the paper explore the implementation mechanism of the renovation of old community,to provide ideas and valuable model reference for other cities in China.
