城市更新中工业遗产保护与再生策略思考——以石河子八一棉纺厂为例

Study on the Protection and Regeneration Strategies of Textile Industrial Heritage in Urban Renewal:Taking Shihezi Bayi Cotton Spinning Mill as an Example

位于新疆石河子市的八一棉纺厂是兵团建设边疆、发展纺织工业的一项重要工程,是石河子成立最早的纺织企业。新疆产棉量约占我国棉产量的50%,八一棉纺厂是全疆乃至全国的优质棉花生产区,具有极高的教育价值、经济价值和情感价值。文章以其为例,探讨在城市更新过程中纺织工业遗产的多重价值及保护与再生的方法和途径。学习和总结国内外纺织工业遗产保护与更新的案例调研经验,并对八一棉纺厂进行保护及合理的改造更新,提供工业遗产持续利用和再生策略思考。

The Bayi Cotton Spinning Mill,located in the West Industrial Park of Shihezi City,is an essential project for the corps to build the frontier and develop the textile industry.It is the earliest textile enterprise established in Shihezi of Xinjiang.Xinjiang's cotton production accounts for about 50%of China's cotton production.Bayi Cotton Mill is a high-quality cotton production area in Xinjiang and even the whole country,with extremely high educational value,economic value and emotional value.This paper takes it as an example to discuss the multiple values of the textile industrial heritage and the methods and approaches of protection and regeneration in urban renewal.The experience of case research on the protection and renewal of textile industrial heritage at home and abroad were learned and summarized.The protection and reasonable renovation and renewal of the Bayi Cotton Spinning Mill were carried out.This study provides thinking on industrial heritage's sustainable utilization and regeneration strategies.
