场景理论视角下的工业遗存社区化更新研究

Research on Community-oriented Renovation of Industrial Relics from Perspective of the Theory of Scenes

文章在工业遗存社区化更新的研究中引入场景理论,因地制宜地提升物质空间,并关注价值观念和社群行为。文章分析了场景理论与工业遗存社区化更新课题的适应性,借助场景理论工具完成目标社区场景构成认知,并提出了基于场景要素需求的目标特色场景类型及场景提升、场景链接和场景激活的三步场景营造策略,为活化利用工业遗存并同时提升社区活力提供参考。

This paper introduces the theory of scenes in the research on community-based regeneration of industrial relics,which can improve material space according to local conditions,and pay attention to values and community behavior.This paper firstly analyzes the adaptability of the theory of scenes and the topic of community-based renewal of industrial relics.Then,using tools of the theory of scenes to recognize the target community scene and proposing the types of target characteristic scenes based on the needs.At last,this paper recommend the three-step scene creation methods of scene promotion,scene linking and scene activation,which provides a reference for revitalizing and utilizing industrial heritage while enhancing the vitality of the community.
