社会语言学视角下的住宅小区命名研究——以上海市宝山区淞宝单元两街道为例

Research on Residential Community Naming from a Sociolinguistic Perspective:A Case Study of Songbao Area in Baoshan District of Shanghai

近二十多年来,随着经济的发展,住宅商品化的实现,房地产市场持续升温,上海作为一线城市,楼市尤其火爆。在这个过程中,住宅小区的命名不断更迭,不仅能展现社会的发展,还能反映出社会文化的变迁和人们意识的转变。文章以宝山区的淞宝单元两个街道为例,对住宅小区的命名进行社会语言学分析。

In the last twenty years,with the development of the economy and the commercialization of housing,the real estate market has continued to heat up,and Shanghai,as a first-tier city,has seen a rapidly growing property market.In this process,the naming of residential community has been constantly changing,which not only shows the development of society,but also reflects the changes in social culture and the transformation of people's consciousness.The paper takes Songbao Area in Baoshan District as an example to make a sociolinguistic analysis of the naming of residential community.
