医养结合模式下社会工作介入养老服务的研究

医养结合养老模式作为兴起的一项养老产业模式,其主张通过整合养老服务与医疗服务满足老年人的医养需求。在医养结合模式背景下,立足于社会工作视角,探讨社会工作介入养老服务的必然性及存在的困境,针对社会工作实务过程中出现资金缺乏、专业人才短缺、养老机构人员分配不合理等多方面问题制定相应的解决对策,发挥社会工作专业优势、运用社会工作方法满足老年人需求,为老年人提供更加优质的服务。

As an old-age care industry model that has emerged in recent years,the integrated medical care and elderly care model advocates integrating elderly care and medical services to meet the needs of the elderly.In the context of the combination of medical and nursing care mode,based on the perspective of social work,this paper discusses the inevitability and existing predicament of social work involvement in elderly care services,and formulates corresponding solutions to various problems such as the lack of funds,the shortage of professional talents,and the unreasonable allocation of personnel in elderly care institutions in the process of social work practice,such as giving full play to the professional advantages of social work,using social work methods to meet the needs of the elderly,and provide more high-quality services for the elderly.
