集体经营性建设用地入市研究现状与热点分析——基于CiteSpace的文献计量

Research status and hotspot analysis of collective construction land for commercial use market entry based on CiteSpace bibliometrics

在当前深入推进农村土地制度改革的背景下,集体经营性建设用地入市的相关探讨已成为不可忽视的重点与热点。为更清晰认识该领域现有研究情况,本文基于中国知网1995—2020年相关文献,借助CiteSpace软件,采用高频关键词及共线网络可视化等方法分析集体经营性建设用地入市研究的知识图谱。得到以下主要结论:共现网络可视化中的关键词收益分配、集体经营性建设用地使用权、城乡统一建设用地市场等一定程度上成为当前研究的热点,现有研究紧密围绕中国土地政策经济社会发展战略有序展开;未来研究可尝试在配套法律制度完善、集体经营性建设用地使用权价格评估体系构建等方面有所突破。

Under the background of the current deepening of the reform of the rural land system,the discussion on the market entry of collective construction land for commercial use has become a focus and hotspot that cannot be ignored.In order to clearly understand the current research situation of this field,the paper bases on the related literature from 1995 to 2020 of Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,and with the help of CiteSpace software,using high-frequency keywords and collinear network visualization methods to analyze the knowledge map of collective construction land for commercial use market entry research.The main conclusions are as follows:keyword income distribution in co-occurrence network visualization,the land rights of collective construction land for commercial use,the integrated construction land market between urban and suburban regions,etc.have become the current research hotspots to a certain extent.The existing research closely focuses on China's land policy,economic and social development strategy in an orderly manner;the future research can try to have a breakthrough in improving the supporting legal system and constructing the price evaluation system of the land rights of collective construction land for commercial use.
