固化工艺和4BS晶种对铅酸蓄电池性能的影响

摘要 在高温蒸汽处理固化工艺下,对比铅膏中添加4BS晶种与不添加4BS晶种对生正极板和化成后正极板活性物质成分和形貌跌落强度和电性能影响。两种固化方式下正极板对电池容量无影响,添加4BS晶种的电池寿命比不添加4BS晶种的电池稍长。 In this paper the effect of the curing process with high temperature steam treatment and 4BS seed on the performance of lead-acid battery was studied.Under the condition of high temperature steam treatment,the composition and morphology of active substances in positive plates cured and formed were analyzed by comparing adding and not adding 4BS seed in paste-mixing process.The positive plates from the two curing modes had no obvious effect on the battery capacity.The cycle life of the batteries added 4BS seed was slightly longer than the batteries without adding 4BS seed.
