宁夏农村育龄期妇女相对健康贫困脆弱性及其影响因素分析

Analysis of the Relative Health Poverty Vulnerability of Rural Women of Childbearing Age in Ningxia and Its Influencing Factors

目的:明确农村育龄期妇女相对健康贫困脆弱性的风险因素,为健康扶贫研究提供借鉴。方法:使用三阶段可行广义最小二乘法计算宁夏农村育龄期妇女相对健康贫困脆弱性指数,并通过归并最小绝对离差法估计模型并分析其影响因素。结果:现阶段,有6.44%的农村育龄期妇女陷入健康贫困的可能性较高;个人特征、生活环境、健康状况、卫生服务、健康经济负担都能在不同程度上影响农村育龄期妇女的健康贫困脆弱性;其中参加“两癌筛查”(-0.0199)、使用冲水厕所(-0.1560)、饮用自来水(-0.0665)、参加医疗保险(-0.0454)等都能减少陷入健康贫困的风险。结论:影响农村育龄期妇女健康贫困脆弱性的因素多维且复杂,为了防止更多育龄期妇女陷入健康贫困,管理者应改善农村育龄期妇女的生活环境,关注其健康状况,加大“两癌”筛查的宣传力度和落实力度,为已经陷入健康贫困风险的人提供相应的经济支持,以确保该类人群不会因为健康问题返贫。

Objective:To identify risk factors for relative health poverty vulnerability of rural women of reproductive age,so as to inform health poverty reduction research.Methods:Calculate the relative health poverty vulnerability index for rural women of reproductive age in Ningxia using a three-stage,generalized least squares method.And the model was estimated,and its influencing factors were analyzed by the imputed least absolute deviation method.Results:At this stage,6.44%of rural women of childbearing age were more likely to fall into health poverty.Personal characteristics,living environment,health status,health services,and economic burden of health could all vary the health poverty vulnerability of rural women of childbearing age.Among them,participation in"two cancer screenings"(-0.0199),use of flushing toilets(-0.1560),drinking tap water(-0.0665),and participation in health insurance(-0.0454)all reduce the risk of falling into health poverty.Conclusion:Factors affecting the vulnerability to health poverty among rural women of reproductive age are multidimensional and complex.To prevent more women of childbearing age from falling into health poverty,managers should improve the living environment of rural women of childbearing age,pay attention to their health status,and increase the publicity and implementation of"two cancers"screening.In addition,financial support should be provided to those already at risk of health poverty to ensure that this group does not return to poverty because of health problems.
