资本是现代社会的重要范畴,也是现代化实践中无法回避的现象。在建立和发展社会主义社会的过程中,马克思主义尤其关注的是,资本能否与社会主义相容并且被用于促进社会主义现代化。在领导中国现代化的历程中,党经过长期探索,驾驭资本的能力不断增强,形成了从利用和限制资本到发展、引导和规范资本的政策体系,对资本的本质、社会属性、特性和运用方式的认识不断加深,实现了理论的创新发展。中国共产党人探索创新的核心贡献在于:在党的领导和辩证施策下,资本融入中国特色社会主义现代化事业并发挥积极作用。

Capital is an important category of modern society and an inevitable phenomenon in modernization.Marxism is particularly concerned with whether capital can be compatible with socialism and can be used to promote the development of socialist modernization.In the long course of Chinese modernization under the leadership of the CPC,the Party’s ability to tame capital has been continuously enhanced,and its policy system has progressed from utilizing and restricting capital to developing,guiding and regulating capital.The Party’s understanding of capital,including its essence,social attributes,characteristics and application modes,has been deepened,leading to a new theoretical development.The core contribution of these innovative explorations is that capital can play an active role in socialist modernization under the leadership and a dialectical policy of the CPC.
