摘要
当今,在我国全面深化经济体制改革的大环境下,企业只有进行全面系统的组织变革,才能大幅度地提升经济效益和社会效益。本文建立了基于时空理论的大规模组织变革框架,提出组织需要:(1)考虑不同的空间层次、空间维度和时间视角,对每个子系统的变革提出相应的方案;(2)通过组织、流程和技术等方法达到变革过程中的协同;(3)考虑不同空间层次之间、不同空间维度之间、不同时间视角之间以及空间视角和时间视角之间在变革内容上的多级别协同,并相应地优化变革方案,实施变革。本文以北汽福田汽车股份有限公司为例进行研究,阐述了其进行大规模组织变革的实践。本文拓展了时空理论的应用领域,丰富了组织变革的研究,提供了系统的、协同的组织变革过程和内容的理论框架,并且通过对福田的案例分析,为其他企业的组织变革提供了示范和参考。
Nowadays,under the overall environment of deepening reform of the economic system in China,only by carrying out comprehensive and systematic organizational change can enterprises largely improve their economic and social effectiveness.Based on time-space theory,this paper proposes a large-scale organizational change framework,suggests that organizations should:(1)consider different levels,dimensions and time perspectives,and put forward the corresponding scheme for the change of each subsystem;(2)achieve synergy in the process of change through methods such as organization,process and technology;(3)consider the synergy in the content of change among different levels,different dimensions,different time perspectives,and between space perspectives and time perspectives,and then optimize the change scheme and implement the change accordingly.This paper makes a case study on Foton,a manufacturing enterprise,and expounds its practice of large-scale organizational change.This paper expands the application field of time-space theory,enriches the research of organizational change,and provides a systematic and synergic framework for the process and content of organizational change.And through the case study of Foton,this paper provides demonstration and reference for the organizational change of other enterprises.
