摘要
利用低温柴油相似相溶的原理可有效处理废气中的非甲烷总烃、有机硫化物,低温柴油吸收装置中制冷机组的工作效率直接决定了整套装置的吸收效果。简要介绍了柴油吸收工艺流程和制冷机组组成,重点介绍了制冷机主程序的启停控制和辅助程序控制以及制冷机组的联锁保护和故障处理方法,通过制定与制冷机组工艺要求相匹配的控制方案,可以确保整套废气处理装置的长周期稳定运行,进而使废气达标排放。
Non-methane total hydrocarbon and organic sulfide in exhaust gas can be effectively treated with the principle of the dissolution in the similar material structure.The working efficiency of the refrigeration unit in the low temperature diesel absorption installation directly determines the absorption effect of the whole installation.The diesel absorption process and refrigeration unit composition are briefly introduced.The start-up and shutdown control program and the auxiliary program control of refrigeration main program and interlock protective and failure treatment method of refrigeration unit are stressed.Long period stable operation of the whole exhaust gas treatment installation can be guaranteed through formulating the control scheme matched to the process requirement of refrigeration unit,and to meet the requirement for the exhaust gas emission.
