摘要 针对天然气净化领域中,HART仪表集中管理、故障诊断以及在线调校的需求,提出了基于分散控制系统(DCS)的HART仪表及控制回路故障智能诊断管理系统,介绍了该系统的业务需求分析和可行性分析,以及系统的概要设计和详细设计以及功能实现方式。实际应用表明:该系统可低成本实现HART仪表的完整性管理、故障诊断以及在线调校,保障了天然气净化厂仪表的安全平稳运行。 In view of the requirements of centralized management of Hart instruments,fault diagnosis and online adjustment in natural gas purification field,an online fault diagnosis management system of HART instrument and control loop based on HART instrument on the basis of distributed control system are proposed.The business demand analysis and feasibility analysis of the system are introduced.The general and detailed design and function implementation mode of the system are expounded.The practical application indicates that the integrated management,fault diagnosis and online adjustment of HART instruments are realized with low cost.The safe and stable running of the instrument in the natural gas purification plant is ensured.
