150T液压冲孔机偏载性能研究及优化设计

摘要 冲压技术是一种具有悠久历史的加工方法,被广泛应用于生产制造中。现有市场液压冲孔机的运动机构一般为平行四边形,然而此类冲孔机在加工过程中,刀具工作会有横向偏移,导致物料加工精度难以保证。基于此问题分别利用Solidworks motion及HyperMesh对市场上150 T液压冲孔机进行动力学分析、静力学分析和模态分析,得出液压冲孔机最大应力、X方向最大振幅及Y方向速度曲线等性能参数。在约束条件和保证冲孔机性能的预期设计前提下提出运动机构改进方向,改进后刀架左右振幅摆动减小73.4%,Y方向速度趋于稳定性递增,机构力学性能更加稳定,研究结果可为后续液压冲孔机的优化设计提供理论依据。 Stamping technology is a processing method with a long history and is widely used in manufacturing.The movement mechanism of the existing hydraulic punching machine on the market is generally parallelogram.However,in the processing process of this kind of punching machine,the tool work will have transverse deviation,resulting in the material processing accuracy being difficult to ensure.Based on this problem,we use Solidworks Motion and HyperMesh respectively to carry out the dynamic analysis,static analysis,and modal analysis of the 150 T hydraulic punching machine on the market,and obtain the maximum stress,maximum amplitude in the X direction,and speed curve in the Y direction of hydraulic punching machine performance parameters.The improvement direction of the motion mechanism was proposed under the premise of the constraint conditions and the expected design to ensure the performance of the punching machine.After the improvement,the left and right amplitude swing of the tool rest decreased by73.4%,the velocity in the Y direction tended to increase steadily,and the mechanism performance was more stable.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the subsequent hydraulic punching machine.
