现代化产业体系是中国式现代化的重要支撑,保证产业链安全可靠是建设现代化产业体系的重要任务。文章首先系统梳理了中国式现代化与产业链韧性的历史逻辑,阐述了在探索中国式现代化的历史进程中,中国共产党打造自主可靠的产业体系的工作主线。其次,剖析了中国式现代化与产业链韧性的理论逻辑,认为提升产业链韧性是实现中国式现代化的必然要求,推动实现中国式现代化是提升产业链韧性的最大战略支撑。然后,阐明了在推进中国式现代化的实践中我国产业链韧性提升兼具优势和挑战,一方面具有完备的工业体系、巨大的人口规模、新型举国体制支撑、多种所有制经济共同发展等独特优势,另一方面也面临产业基础能力薄弱、自主创新能力不强、要素市场化程度有待提升以及产业链区域分工和布局不合理等困难和挑战。未来应进一步发挥优势,直面挑战,大力提升产业基础能力,全面强化自主创新支撑,着力促进要素市场化配置,优化产业链区域分工和布局,推动民营经济发展壮大,以持续提升产业链韧性,保障产业链安全稳定,从而更好地推动中国式现代化,实现中华民族伟大复兴。

The modern industrial system is an important support for the Chinese path to modernization.Ensuring the safety and reliability of the industrial chain is an important task in building a modern industrial system.This paper first systematically sorts out the historical logic of the Chinese path to modernization and the industrial chain resilience,and expounds that the Communist Party of China has always taken building an independent and reliable industrial system as the goal in the historical process of exploring the Chinese path to modernization.Then,this paper further analyzes the theoretical logic between the Chinese path to modernization and industrial chain resilience,and proposes that improving industrial chain resilience is an inevitable requirement of realizing the Chinese path to modernization,and promoting the Chinese path to modernization is the greatest strategic support for improving industrial chain resilience.In addition,this paper illustrates that in the practice of promoting the Chinese path to modernization,the improvement of the resilience of China’s industrial chain has both advantages and challenges.It not only has outstanding advantages such as a complete industrial system,a huge population,a new national system,and the common development of multiple ownership economies,but also faces difficulties and challenges such as weak industrial foundations,weak independent innovation capabilities,low degree of factor marketization,and improper regional division and layout of industrial chain.In the future,we should further leverage our advantages and face up to challenges,vigorously improve the basic capabilities of the industry,comprehensively strengthen the support of independent innovation,focus on promoting the market-oriented allocation of factors,optimize the regional division and layout of the industrial chain,and promote the development and growth of the private economy,so as to continuously improve the resilience of the industrial chain,better promote the Chinese path to modernization,and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
