摘要
民办高校推进治理现代化的主要方式集中于制度建设,有必要在领导行为和管理机制上做出新的探索。分布式领导作为一种激发全员活力、发挥群体智慧的领导理念在教育界获得关注。大学分布式领导具有多人员共享、无边界协作、任务型情境、非正式影响的特征,其实施框架由目标体系、运行系统、文化系统、动力系统、能力系统5方面构建。民办高校应结合自身发展阶段,遵循设计与生长相结合的原则,分阶段、有重点地实施和完善分布式领导。
The main way to promote the modernization of governance in private universities is to focus on institution.It is necessary to make new exploration in the leadership and administration.The distributed leader-ship,as a new leadership concept that stimulates the vitality of all staff and gives full play to the wisdom of the group,has attracted attention in the education sector.The distributed leadership has four typical characteris-tics:groups sharing,non-boundary collaboration,task environment and informal influence.Its implementation model is constructed from five aspects:a target system,an operation system,a cultural system,a power system and an ability system.Universities should combine their own development stages,follow the princeiple of combi-ning design and growth,and implement and improve the distributed leadership in stages and with emphasis.
