摘要
本文基于DEA-Malmquist指数、ESDA模型测度珠江三角洲九个城市2010—2020年高技术产业创新效率,并通过构建空间计量模型对该地区高技术产业创新效率驱动因素进行实证分析。结果表明:(1)珠三角地区高技术产业创新效率先后经历“低速增长期”“瓶颈衰退期”“平稳发展期”三个阶段,Malmquist指数呈上升趋势,总体发展趋势良好。(2)城市间高技术产业创新效率呈连片“区块状”分布,高效率“隆起区”与低效率“塌陷区”形成鲜明对比,且具有明显的空间相关性。(3)政府支持、研发投入、开放程度、教育水平、产业集聚对高技术产业创新效率提升起促进作用,研发投入具有负向空间溢出效应,教育水平与产业集聚具有正向溢出效应。
Based on the DEA-Malmquist index and ESDA model,this study measures the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in 9 cities in the Pearl River Delta region from 2010 to 2020,and empirically analyzes the driving factors of innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in the region by constructing a spatial econometric model.The results show that:(1)The innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in the Pearl River Delta region has successively experienced three stages--"low-speed growth period","bottleneck recession period"and"stable development period",the Malmquist index shows an upward trend,and the overall trend develops well.(2)The innovation efficiency of high-tech industries between cities is distributed in continuous"blocks",and the high-efficiency"uplift area"is in sharp contrast with the inefficient"collapse area",and has obvious spatial correlation.(3)Government support,R&D investment,openness,education level,and industrial agglomeration play a role in promoting the efficiency of high-tech industry innovation,R&D investment has a negative spatial spillover effect,and education level and industrial agglomeration have a positive spillover effect.
