粮食安全与种业创新耦合--协同关系及空间溢出效应研究

Study on the Coupling and Synergistic Relationship and Spatial Spillover Effect between Food Security and Seed Industry Innovation

本文基于我国2001—2020年31个省(区、市)面板数据分析粮食安全与种业创新耦合及协同关系现状,通过空间计量模型检验种业创新对粮食安全的空间溢出效应并对比区域差异。研究发现,粮食安全与种业创新耦合协调度和复合系统协同度呈现明显增长趋势,但耦合协调度普遍高于复合系统协同度;粮食安全与种业创新两个系统之间联系紧密,存在明显的空间自相关性;创新环境、创新产出和创新绩效对粮食安全均有显著正向影响,而创新投入水平在三大区域的间接效应不同。

Based on the provincial panel data from 2001 to 2020 in China,this paper analyzes the status quo of the coupling and synergy between food security and seed industry innovation,and tests the spatial spillover effect of seed industry innovation on food security through a spatial econometric model and compares regional differences.It is found that the coupling coordination degree between food security and seed industry innovation and the synergy degree of the composite system show a significant growth trend;The two systems of food security and seed industry innovation are closely related,with obvious spatial autocorrelation;Innovation environment,innovation output and innovation performance have significant positive effects on food security,while the indirect effects of innovation input levels in the three regions are different.
