摘要
高校本科教学督导工作是教学质量保障体系的“主心骨”,为学校提高人才培养质量提供了重要支撑。湘潭大学于2002年建立本科教育教学工作督导团,不断积极探索,大力推进改革创新,形成了校院两级教学督导模式、校院两级督导队伍。两级督导既有分工又有合作,不断将督导工作落实、落地、落细。督导工作从最开始的被反对到现在的受欢迎,取得的成效显著,能够有效助推学校质量保障体系的闭环构建及持续运行。
Undergraduate teaching supervision is the backbone of the teaching quality assurance system,which provides important support for improving the quality of talent training.In 2002,Xiangtan University established a group for teaching supervision.With continuous active exploration and vigorous promotion of reform and innova⁃tion,a two-level teaching supervision mode and a two-level teaching supervision team has formed.The two levels of teaching supervision have divisions as well as cooperation,and constantly implement and fall into detail the su⁃pervision work.From being opposed at the beginning to being popular now,the supervision work has achieved re⁃markable results,and effectively boosted the closed-loop construction and continuous operation of the quality as⁃surance system of the university.
