教师培训研修是教师接受继续教育和终身教育的主要形式与手段。随着新媒体传播科技的迅猛发展与新媒体时代的真正到来,新媒体技术在教育领域中的应用也日益广泛,一种基于新媒体环境的OMO教师培训研修模式得以历史性地出场与生成。新媒体环境下OMO教师培训研修模式,是指充分利用线上与线下相结合的培训方式,通过学习任务的前置驱动与预热、研训主题的科学设计与引领、学习资源的创新开发与丰富,从而探寻和建构一种有效的适用于教师培训研修和教师专业发展的创新模式。

Teacher training is the main form and means of teachers’continuing education and lifelong education.With the rapid development of new media communication technology and the arrival of the new media era,the ap⁃plication of new media technology is also becoming more and more extensive in the field of education.An OMO teacher training mode based on the new media environment has been launched and generated historically.The OMO teacher training mode under the new media environment refers to an innovative mode making full use of the combination of online and offline training methods to realize effective teacher training and teachers’professional development,through the pre-drive and warm-up of learning tasks,the scientific design and guidance of training themes,and the innovative development and enrichment of learning resources.
