PBL教学理念指导下的中华茶文化课程混合式教学改革——以桂林旅游学院酒店管理专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 中华茶文化是高校为了提升学生的中国传统文化意识和职业素养拓展能力而开设的一门专业拓展课。针对现存的学习层次不高、深度不足以及知识点相对孤立的问题,课程引入PBL教学理念和混合式教学手段进行改革。通过构建“课程资源平台建设+学生学习任务构建”“课堂知识深化体验+学生学习问题提出及解答”“学习效果评估+学生学习反思及提升”所构成的课前、课中及课后三阶段的课程思路,将中华茶文化课程的实施具体划分为实施准备、课前任务发布、课堂知识深化体验、课后反思及课外素质拓展等五个阶段,并明确每个阶段实施的目标及具体任务。实现教师本位向学生本位的转变,使学习过程的趣味性和学生话语权相协调,将知识点传授从传统输入式转变为任务驱动式,以期最终实现以学生为核心、以体验为基础、以思考及应用为目的的课程改革,对于培养学生的知识运用能力和创造性解决问题的思维、全面实现素质教育具有重要的现实意义。 Chinese Tea Culture is a professional expansion course set up by colleges and universities in order to enhance students’awareness of Chinese traditional culture and the ability to expand professional quality.Aiming at the existing problems of low learning level,lack of depth and relatively isolated knowledge points,PBL teach⁃ing concept and blended teaching methods are introduced to the reform of the course.By constructing the threestage curriculum idea before,while and after class consisting of“construction of curriculum resources platform+construction of students’learning tasks”,“deep experience of knowledge in class+students’raising and solving of problems in learning”,“evaluation of learning effect+students’learning reflection and improvement”,the spe⁃cific implementation of the Chinese Tea Culture course is divided into five stages,including implementation preparation,task distribution before class,deep experience of knowledge in class,reflection after class,and extracurricular ability development.And the goals and specific tasks of each stage are clarified.It is aimed to realize the transformation from teacher-centered to student-centered,harmonize the fun of the learning process with stu⁃dents’right to speak,and transform the teaching of knowledge points from the traditional input-based method to the task-driven method,in order to finally realize the curriculum reform centered on students,based on experi⁃ence,and aimed at thinking and application.It is of important practical significance for cultivating students’abil⁃ity of knowledge application and creative problem-solving,and fully realizing quality-oriented education.
