地方应用型本科院校旅游管理专业人才培养模式创新研究——基于“双一流”视角

Research on the Innovation of Talent Training Mode of the Tourism Management Major in Local Application-oriented Undergraduate Universities:Based on the“Double First-class”Perspective

国家“双一流”建设方案的出台,为地方应用型本科高校提供了平等的发展平台。旅游管理人才培养模式创新是地方应用型本科院校提升旅游管理人才培养质量的关键,是旅游学界亟待研究的问题。该文探究了地方应用型本科院校旅游管理专业人才培养模式中存在的问题,并基于“双一流”视角阐明了旅游管理专业人才培养模式创新的新要求,并以高素质应用型人才为培养目标,提出从定制化培养、知名度提升、双师型师资打造三个方面优化创新旅游管理人才培养模式。

The proposal of the national plan of“double first-class”construction has provided a platform for the equal development of local application-oriented undergraduate universities.The innovation of the training mode of tourism management talents is the key to improving the quality of tourism management talent training in local application-oriented undergraduate universities,and it is also an issue to be researched urgently in the field of tourism.This paper explores the problems existing in the talent training mode of the tourism management major in local application-oriented undergraduate universities,and clarifies the new requirements for the innovation of tal⁃ent training mode of the tourism management major from the“double first-class”perspective.With high-quality application-oriented talents as the training target,the talent training mode of tourism management is optimized and innovated from the three aspects of customized training,promotion of popularity,and creation of doublequalification teachers.
