城乡小学语文教师的教学支持现状及提升研究

摘要 探讨城乡小学语文教师教学支持的情况,明晰城市与乡村小学语文教师教学支持的差异。选取特定学校作为研究对象,采用CLASS课堂评估系统为研究工具,采用比较研究法和观察法进行研究。通过数据的对比分析发现:当前小学语文课堂教学中,小学语文教师的教学支持情况不容乐观,在认知发展维度、反馈质量维度和语言示范维度等方面均存在一些问题。基于此,提出相应的提升、改进对策:在认知发展领域,应重视学生的认知发展、掌握认知发展领域的评价指标;在反馈质量领域,应落实学生的最近发展区,提供有效支架,明确地鼓励学生,落实对学生的肯定;在语言示范领域,应注重提问的方法与技巧,注重语言艺术,以切实提升城乡小学语文教师的教学支持水平。 The teaching support for Chinese teachers in urban and rural primary schools is discussed,in order to clarify the differences in teaching support between Chinese teachers in urban and rural primary schools.This pa⁃per selects a specific school as the research object,uses the CLASS classroom evaluation system as the research tool,and uses the methods of comparative research and observation to conduct the research.Through the compara⁃tive analysis of the data,it is found that:in the current primary school Chinese classroom teaching,the teaching support for primary school Chinese teachers is not optimistic,and there are some problems in the dimensions of cognitive development,feedback quality,and language demonstration.Based on this,the corresponding promotion and improvement countermeasures are put forward:in the field of cognitive development,it is necessary to pay at⁃tention to the cognitive development of students and master the evaluation indicators in the field of cognitive de⁃velopment;in the field of feedback quality,students’zone of proximal development should be implemented to pro⁃vide effective support,and they should be encouraged;in the field of language demonstration,attention should be paid to the methods and skills of questioning and language arts,so as to effectively improve the level of teaching support for Chinese teachers in urban and rural primary schools.
