摘要
该文分析挤压式传动、多触点式传动、滚动式传动3种市场主流的电驱动传动结构,介绍3种不同输注泵的工作原理、设计要点、可制作性、控制精度和易用性,测试3种输注泵的输注精度、最大给液速度、堵塞压力和单次最大续航输注量等性能,同时测试对比老化实验后的输注精度,最后根据测试数据,归纳总结几种不同输注泵的优缺点和适用场景。
This paper analyzes the three mainstream electric drive structures in the market,extrusion transmission,multi-contact transmission and rolling transmission,and introduces the working principle,design points,manufacturability,control precision and ease of use of three different infusion pumps.The infusion accuracy,maximum feed speed,blockage pressure and single maximum continuous infusion volume of the three kinds of infusion pumps were tested,and the infusion accuracy after aging experiment was tested and compared.Finally,according to the test data,the advantages and disadvantages and applicable scenarios of several different infusion pumps are summarized.
