摘要
少稀土/无稀土盘式电机产业化应用,是实现高效、节能的电机行业发展趋势,其中提高永磁体性能、减少或避免永磁材料的使用已成为现今电机技术方案的热点之一。该方案分析少稀土/无稀土盘式电机的3条路径实施方案,使永磁驱动电机中稀土材料的用量(含轻、重稀土元素)较现有永磁径向电机减少50%,且峰值转矩密度较永磁径向电机提升100%、无稀土盘式电机转矩密度与现有径向电机产品相当,从而降低盘式电机对稀土的依赖,实现技术的迭代。
The industrial application of less-rare-earth/no-rare-earth disc motor is the development trend of the motor industry to achieve high efficiency and energy conservation.Improving the performance of permanent magnets and reducing/avoiding the use of permanent magnet materials have become one of the hot spots in the current motor technology scheme.This scheme analyzes the three path implementation scheme of less-rare-earth/no-rare-earth disc motor,which reduces the consumption of rare-earth materials(including light and heavy rare-earth elements)in the permanent magnet drive motor by 50%compared with the existing permanent magnet radial motor,and improves the peak torque density by 100%compared with the permanent magnet radial motor,while the torque density of the rare-earth free disk motor is equivalent to the existing radial motor products,thus reducing the dependence of the disk motor on rare earth and achieving technology iteration.
