摘要
该文基于Belfort Model 6000型能见度观测仪,结合其在广东省2020年10月至2022年10月的故障实例,总结出3类故障,分别是观测数据缺测、观测数据乱码和自检数据定时出现,并对这3类故障进行统计和分析。统计结果表明,第一种故障现象占总故障次数的86.7%,占比率最大,第二类故障现象占总故障次数的3.3%,第三类故障现象占总故障次数的10%,并针对每一类型故障给出对应的解决方法作为参考,为台站技术人员在该型号的能见度观测仪维修工作中提供一些经验和参考,提高故障排除的准确性,确保能见度观测仪运行的连续性。
Based on the Belfort Model 6000 visibility observation instrument,combined with its fault examples from October 2020 to October 2022 in Guangdong Province,it is concluded that the three types of faults are lack of measurement of observation data,garbled observation data and regular occurrence of self-test data,and these three types of faults are counted and analyzed.The statistical results show that the first fault phenomenon accounts for 86.7%of the total number of faults,accounting for the largest proportion.The second type of fault phenomenon accounts for 3.3%of the total number of failures,and the third type of fault accounts for 10%of the total number of failures.The corresponding solutions for each type of failure are given as a reference to provide some experience and reference for station technicians in the maintenance work of this type of visibility observer,so as to improve the accuracy of troubleshooting and ensure the continuity of the operation of the visibility observer.
