Research on the Construction of Software Technology Professional Group Training Platform Based on Professional Competency Training

本文针对专业群发展的问题,从职业工作胜任力角度出发,通过研究高职软件技术专业群实训教学情况,提出了基于“职业工作胜任力”的软件技术专业群建设思路与解决途径,希望能够为新形势下的高职院校软件技术专业群实训建设工作提供可供参考与借鉴的地方。

This paper aims at the development of professional groups,from the perspective of professional work competency,by studying the practical training teaching of software technology specialty group in higher vocational colleges,the construction ideas and solutions of software technology specialty group based on"professional work competency"were put forward,hope it can provide reference for the construction of software technology specialty group training in higher vocational colleges under the new situation.
