目标化康复指导路径改善早期脑卒中偏瘫患者肌张力和日常生活能力的效果分析

Effect of daily targeted rehabilitation guidance on muscle tone and daily living ability in patients with hemiplegia after early stroke

目的探讨每日目标化康复指导路径改善早期脑卒中偏瘫患者肌张力和日常生活能力的效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取本院神经内外科2019年12月至2022年2月收治的94例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,病区一设为试验组和病区二设为对照组,每组各47例。对照组患者采取常规康复护理,试验组患者按照每日目标化康复指导路径方案康复锻炼。比较两组患者肌张力、日常生活能力、焦虑抑郁及生活质量。结果试验组患者出院后、出院后1个月时的肌张力、焦虑抑郁和日常活动能力及生活质量方面评分高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论每日目标化康复指导路径能有效促进脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能的恢复,有利于提高其日常生活活动能力,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of daily targeted rehabilitation guidance on muscle tone and daily living ability in patients with hemiplegia after early stroke.Methods From December 2019 to February 2022,94 cerebral apoplexy patients admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of our hospital were engaged in the survey by convenience sampling method.The patients stayed in Ward One were assigned as the trial group and those in Ward Two as a control group,with 47 patients per group.The control group was treated with a routine rehabilitation nursing,and the trial group with rehabilitation guidance according to the daily targeted rehabilitation guidance scheme.The muscle tone,daily living ability,anxiety,depression and quality of life were compared between the groups.Results Scores of muscle tension,anxiety and depression,daily activity ability and quality of life of the patients in trial group were all significantly higher than those of the control group at discharge and one month after discharge(all P<0.05).Conclusions Daily targeted rehabilitation guidance can effectively promote the recovery of motor function,improve the ability of daily living activities and the quality of life in the stroke patients with hemiplegia.
